Best Western Hotels & Resorts has added its latest hotel, the Best Western Plus Hotel Diana in the convenient Brisbane suburb of Woollongabba.

Having completed extensive refurbishments on 10 August this year, the 4-star Best Western Plus Hotel Diana is a family-owned property, now boasting quiet and modern-designed guest rooms, with the latest technology, including high-speed wireless internet and flat screen TV, as well as work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and a mini-bar.

The property is 100% smoke-free and offers convenient facilities and services including free onsite parking, 24-hour reception, free high-speed wireless internet, access to the gym (24/7), room service (limited hours), direct dial telephones, a restaurant and bar, conference and function rooms and traditional Asian-style bath house and sauna.

Best Western Australasia’s Head of Commercial, Steve Richards said the boutique-style hotel is an important addition to the group; “Best Western Plus Hotel Diana is run by experienced and family-oriented operators. As a large network of member hotels, we’re delighted to welcome our newest Brisbane hotel into our family.”

“The hotel provides vital accommodation solutions for numerous guests travelling to the Brisbane area. Being located opposite the Mater and Lady Cilento Hospitals, Best Western Plus Hotel Diana caters for those visiting the hospitals as either guests or carers” Mr Richards said.

Guests staying at the hotel are centrally located; no more than a few minutes’ walk to Southbank Parklands and Performing Arts Entertainment precinct, the Mater and Lady Cilento Hospitals, Brisbane Exhibition Centre and the famous Gabba sporting grounds. Brisbane city centre is a comfortable 30-minute walk; on the way, take in the beautiful Brisbane River and Botanic Gardens.

Best Western Plus Hotel Diana becomes Best Western’s fifth Brisbane hotel.
