FlyBuys - Collecting Points

Do I need to make an advance booking to collect points?

No. Points can be collected without a reservation, however for peace of mind you may want to make an advance booking to secure a room. To make a reservation simply book online or call our reservations centre on 131 779.


Can I collect FlyBuys points with any other Best Western loyalty program?


No. Other than points issued by non-Best Western programs such as credit cards, customers may only participate in one Best Western rewards program.
 


When are points collected at Best Western awarded to my account?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your points to be credited to your FlyBuys account, bonus points are awarded at the end of the promotional period.
 


Are FlyBuys points available on all stays?

Although FlyBuys points are applicable to most Best Western transactions there are a few exceptions which should be noted. FlyBuys points are not applicable to: payments made to other service outlets, third parties (eg. travel agents) or on account group bookings, packages, special offers and special events.
 

Do I need to show my FlyBuys card to receive points?

Yes. In order to have FlyBuys points allocated to your account you must present your card at check-in and check-out for your points to be processed. 
 


How many points have I collected and how do I use the points?


You’ll receive a FlyBuys Points Summary Statement four times a year, showing you where and how many points you have collected to date. If you have any queries regarding your points balance contact the FlyBuys Service Centre on 13 11 16.
