Best Western introduces iPhone appBest Western International announced its debut in mobile offerings today by releasing its free iPhone application, allowing users to book Best Western accommodation anywhere around the world. Called Best Western To Go, the iPhone application allows users to:
The 'Best Western to Go' iPhone application is a first for the World's Largest Hotel Chain®, which plans to launch applications for multiple mobile platforms in 2010. "Best Western embraces new technology and ways to make it easier for our guests to book accommodation," says Rob Anderson, CEO of Best Western Australasia. "We launched the industry's most extensive and complete listing of properties on the internet; so it is only natural we adopt mobile technology as an additional resource for our guests." Best Western also plans to release upgrades to its iPhone application throughout 2010 and introduce applications for other platforms including Blackberry.
