Hotel and motel owners invited to Best Western Australasia Member
Convention
Accommodation owners and managers are invited to attend the 2010
Best Western Australasia Member Convention to be held in Melbourne
from 1 – 4 August.
The Convention will highlight the benefits that current Best Western
members receive including superior sales and marketing support,
global brand recognition, an online presence, worldwide reservations
centres, loyalty programs, operational support, group purchasing
solutions and the advice, support and referrals provided by fellow
members.
Best Western Brand Development Manager Paul Swaine said, “Best
Western is a world-recognised brand name. Guests recognise that the
Best Western brand is a promise of warm and friendly service
combined with international quality standards at an affordable
price”.
Today, there are more than 200 Best Western hotels across Australia
and New Zealand. Ranging from three to four and half, each hotel,
motel, apartment and resort is independently owned and managed,
while being committed to the common worldwide standards of quality,
service and value.
By coming together under the Best Western brand, these independent
properties retain their unique personality and charm, while
benefiting from a range of products and services not readily
available to independent properties.
The Member Convention will include workshops and training on revenue
management, rate parity, customer service and social media as well
as the opportunity to meet suppliers and network with other
accommodation owners.
To attend the Convention please contact Brand Development Manager
Paul Swaine on +61 (0)409 003 482.
