Change is Due for Best Western (New Zealand)

Best Western Australasia reaffirmed its commitment to build the brand in New Zealand this week by appointing a new country sales manager.

Ann Due, a New Zealand native, joins Best Western with more than 12 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, acquired in her roles with Gilpin Travel, Accor Hospitality and Flight Centre – where she helped organise a Guinness Book of Records quest for two New Zealanders, visiting 193 nations in 160 days.

The New Zealand sales manager position will be full time and based in Auckland, however, Ann will be travelling regularly throughout New Zealand to build the Best Western brand and business for all 11 New Zealand properties. The number of Best Western properties in New Zealand has increased by four in the past 12 months.

“We’ve got some really great properties in New Zealand,” Ann says, “and a terrific reputation built up over the last two years. I am committed to building on that.”
