For Immediate Release
Best Western Launches New Loyalty Program
Best Western, the World’s Largest Hotel Chain®, has re-launched its new customer loyalty program, Best Western Rewards, globally, giving guests a wide range of rewards and value-adds.
Previously known as Best Western Gold Crown Club® International, this rebrand makes the program more recognisable by consumers and more contemporary in design.
Best Western Rewards is one of the hotel industry’s truly global loyalty programs, giving members 10 points for every US$1 spent, free hotel nights starting at just 8,000 points and a catalogue full of products and services for points redemption.
“Nine million travellers around the world belong to Best Western Rewards because of what it offers them: free room nights and the ability to earn valuable gifts for their hotel stays,” says Rob Anderson, Executive Director of Best Western Australasia. “These rewards include gift cards, airline miles and more.”
Points can even be redeemed through World Vision (a Best Western partner) to help children and communities living in poverty.
As an added incentive, Anderson says, Best Western Australasia plans to offer its Rewards program members bonus points in several promotions conducted during 2009.
Best Western Rewards offers three tiers of membership: Gold Elite, for guests who stay with Best Western at least 10 nights a year; Platinum Elite, for members who stay 15 nights a year; and Diamond Elite for members who stay 30 or more nights every year. Elite members also receive additional program benefits such as bonus points, room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out. Best of all, membership is free.
