There’s No Thanks as Big as this One
Best Western launches its World’s Largest Thank You next week, an event in which Best Western staff hit the road to visit and personally thank people who contributed to the business.
The week-long event commences on Monday 23rd March to Friday 27th, during which time, Best Western staff from Australia and all other Best Western affiliates worldwide join together to personally thank travel agents, partners and corporate travel bookers.
“Providing personalised, superior customer service is one of Best Western’s points of difference in the market,” says Rob Anderson, CEO of Best Western Australasia. “We believe it is just as important to maintain this relationship with our partners as well.”
Best Western is also promoting several new developments this year, including the new Best Western Apartments and the re-launched global loyalty program, Best Western Rewards.
Offering guests more space and greater convenience, Best Western Apartments feature larger living areas, en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and in-room laundries. Ideal for corporate travellers or long-stay holidaymakers, Best Western Apartments give guests all the amenities from home with luxury extras such as spas, swimming pools and private balconies.
Best Western Rewards – Best Western’s new global loyalty program – offers guests greater rewards (10 rewards points for every US$1 spent) and an extensive catalogue full of appliances, products and house and garden items to redeem points on. To join, simply log on to www.bestwesternrewards.com.
