Phil has been a member of Best Western for 24 years, 19 of these served as a Director and nine as President and Chairman. Phil currently owns and operates the Best Western Wheelers Hill International in Melbourne and the Best Western Manor Inn at Mitcham. Phil has a background in electronic engineering and, prior to entering the hospitality industry, worked for 13 years in the research and development department of Telstra.

Robert and his family own the Best Western Twin Towers Inn in Artarmon, Sydney. He has served as a director for 20 years, four as President / Chairman. He has also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee. In 2001 Robert received the inaugural Best Western Global Leadership Award for his contribution to Best Western. |

Chairman of Tasmanian Community Fund and of Peppermint Bay Pty Ltd, Gerald is also a director of National Australian Food Distributors Pty Ltd (NAFDA) and Governor of the University of Tasmania Foundation. Gerald is the former Chairman and Managing Director of the family electrical and furnishings business. |

He has also held executive management positions with QANTAS, Northwest Airlines, Continental Airlines and Cathay Pacific. |

As a consultant and project co-ordinator, Graham has been involved in numerous property developments including home units, townhouses, villas, motels, commercial, retail, backpackers and caravan parks. |
