115 Grill & Brewhouse opens in Kew
115 Grill & Brewhouse is the latest calling for Stefan Blee, the head chef from Brisbane’s acclaimed Mariosarti Restaurant. Located in the BEST WESTERN PREMIER Hotel 115 Kew, the restaurant offers modern Australian fare and traditional favourites with fresh new twists.
The winter menu features a large selection of share plates including pork belly ssäm, wagyu beef slider and fried whiting taco, and also a selection of premium cuts from some of Australia’s best beef and veal producers cooked over wood and charcoal.
The dessert menu has winter classics such as poached rhubarb and strawberry eton mess, caramelised apple tarte tartin, and orange and cardamom crème brulee, as well as a selection of international cheeses.
Meals are matched with a selection of wines, and beers from the hotel’s own micro-brewery, under the direction of master brewer, Brice Hateley.
The bar has a warm, relaxed feel due to the full glass view of the micro-brewery and live entertainment provided at weekends. The craft beer from the taps and contemporary cocktail list is complimented by an extensive bar menu.
115 Grill & Brewhouse is located at 115 Cotham Road, Kew.
